Abstract

Each period of our life presents certain aspects, values, opportunities, "steps" that each of us "climbs" heading towards maturity, towards our formation as future citizens of society. Man is a being who travels a long way in human development, being a unique and special entity. The periods we go through, which we go through are characterized by certain features specific to that period, but also by individual features specific to each individual. One of the most important and operational criteria for differentiating the age periods that the individual goes through is that of the dominant activity. What distinguishes the baby from preschool, the teenager from adult is what he can do at that age, and the interest and dominant activity of a stage depend on the level of bio-psycho-social development.
