School success in children with SEN

Abstract

We chose this research topic, because we consider that a first step in the school success of a child with special educational needs is to stimulate him, to identify some of the factors that influence him, facilitate learning. Among the factors that practically most strongly influence the increase of the efficiency of the educational activity carried out with the students, is the provision of a full unit of action of the influences that contribute to the educational activity, such as school, family, or other forms of external influence. Between these two microsystems (school and family) there must be a genuine collaborative relationship, based on trust and mutual respect, on the continuous love and concern for the child. Thus, in order for the educational act to be successful, it is necessary to build an open, permeable relationship, favoring the exchange and communication of ideas between the two components: family-school.
