Analysis of the causes of the conflicts in the educational environment. A preschool education institution

Abstract

In this paper we propose as a purpose of the research: knowledge and management of conflicts in the school organization, as a responsibility of the school manager, so as to produce beneficial changes in the school organization. The objectives of the research were to identify possible sources that generate conflicts in the school organization and to identify ways to resolve conflicts within the group.
