Abstract

Job satisfaction plays an essential role in determining organizational climate and employee performance within an organization. Given that people spend a significant part of their
lives at work satisfaction levels must be high for them to perform. Thus, in this paper we set out to explore the complex relationship between job satisfaction and productivity to highlight how employee satisfaction impacts employee performance at the organizational level. The study sample consisted of 20 women and 16 men between the ages of 20 and 65. The study investigated 3 hypotheses that established a positive correlation between employee satisfaction and employee productivity at work.
