Abstract

In recent years, the study of the mental health of medical staff has become a hotly debated topic in the literature worldwide, but little information is available as to the extent to which social, psychological and organizational factors affect the degree of burnout. the level of people working in the medical field in Romania. Medical employees are frequently at high risk of exposure to burnout syndrome or burnout.
