Abstract

As the basic nucleus in the structure of the military body, the military microgroups are those within which all the formal and informal relations take place and here the formation of moral and combat qualities is directly ensured. The soldier within the group is doubly requested, on the one hand by the technique and the conditions of activity and on the other hand, from a social and psychological point of view, due to his interactions with the other soldiers. The motivation for choosing this topic for research comes from the need to know the particularities of the military organization and the personal characteristics that influence interpersonal relationships, in order to intervene in case of disturbances in the interpersonal network. It was also desired to provide relevant criteria for evaluating military personnel, personality features that contribute to the efficient performance of tasks. Interpersonal relationships have attracted the attention of man since ancient times, who recorded his views in numerous myths, stories, philosophical essays.
