Abstract

The teaching profession is one of the most important professions in a society, but at the same time it is a great challenge for the one who carries it out. We are going through a period with many changes in society and in the education system. Sometimes the changes are so profound that it gives the impression that almost everything has to be started over. Through this research we want to identify some aspects related to the optimism/ pessimism of teachers, the nature of teachers in preschool education, to find out what are the factors generating optimism/pessimism or whether professional interests are those that lead their activity to the group of children.
